Access to the cottage is from a gravelled courtyard with an incline leading up to a flat paved area
The front door is 188 cm x 76cm, with the hinge on the left
The step from the path is 14cm high up to the threshold

Hall

The front door opens into a hallway. There is a light switch on the right hand side which is for the hall and outside lights
On the left is the bedroom; to the right, the hall leads to the open plan kitchen/living room/dining room area.
The outside lamp switches on automatically at night when the switch is on
The non slip ceramic tiles in the hall and the living area are beige
The fire extinguisher hangs to the right of the door at 120cm
On the table is the 'Welcome Pack' with details of the cottage

Downstairs

The door is 198 cm x 77cm, with the hinge on the right
To the left of the door is the 'L' shaped kitchen. The work surface is 90 cm high and 60cm deep. The sink and ceramic hob are also at 90cm high.
Above the hob is an extractor unit plus cupboard. Microwave oven, toaster and kettle are on the counter.
Denby crockery, glasses and cooking equipment are provided in the cupboards above the work surfaces.
The electric single oven is under the worktop.
There is an under counter fridge with the highest shelf of the fridge at 40cm and icebox at 50cm
The downstairs is lit by spot and wall lights with under counter strip lights and a standard lamp.
The lounge area has a leather 2-seater settee and footstool.
There is a TV, video and DVD players with remote controls and a CD/radio player.

The round table is 80cm wide and has 2 chairs.
A second door (230cm x 92cm with a step up of 11cm) opens onto the front patio area.

Bedroom

The door is 73cm x 193cm.
The queen size bed is 153cm (5') wide, and has a memory foam topper (height 68cm).
All bedding is cotton percale with non feather pillows and micro fibre quilt. Feather pilows are available on request.
The bedroom is carpeted with light brown, short pile 80% wool carpet
The space to the left of the bed is 127cm wide.
The space to the right of the bed is 70cm.
The space to the bottom of the bed is 40cm.
The main room light has a switch at the door. There is a reading lamp by each side of the bed.

Outdoor Facilities

Outside the cottage is an open paved patio area of 180cm x 600cm with small table and chairs.
