Details: The Chestnut Centre is a wildlife and Conservation Park taking it's name from the mature tree near the car park entrance gate which was officially planted to commemorate Queen Victoria's Coronation. The Centre's extensive nature trail nestles in 50 Parkland acres on the lower slopes of the Kinder Scout Plateau. The centre is most famous for its four species of otters including the only pair of Giant Otters in the United Kingdom.
