• 2 Staffordshire Oatcakes
• A chunk of Organic Cheddar from The Staffordshire Cheese Company, Leek
• 750ml apple juice from Eddisbury Farm, Cheshire
• 100g chocolate (drops or flakes) for you to melt in hot milk
