• 4 Eggs - courtesy of the Wheeldon Trees chicks
• 1 pint semi-skimmed milk – from The Peak District Dairy in Tideswell
• Jam & marmalade - Fair Game, Kettleshulme or locally made (sometimes by us !)
• Honey – from The Honey Pot, Markeaton
• 45g freshly ground Fairtrade coffee
• 2 Staffordshire Oatcakes
• A chunk of Cheese – from The Staffordshire Cheese Company, Leek
• 2 x 250ml apple juice from Eddisbury Farm, Cheshire
