Accessibility at Wheeldon Trees Farm

Here at Wheeldon Trees, we are committed to providing the best possible services to all groups in the community within the limits of our properties.

Sheldon Cottage is ‘wheelchair’ friendly, all on one level with a walk in wet-room.  It has two bedrooms and is rated Mobility Level 2 under the National Accessibility Scheme.

This means that if you have problems walking, or need to use a wheelchair some of the time, Sheldon Cottage is ideal for you.

Walker's Rest is also all on one level, but because of planning and size restrictions, the internal layout means it's not so easy to negotiate in a wheelchair.  There is a separate shower, with a single step up...

Our other cottages all have stairs; however, we strive to meet the needs of all our guests and encourage feedback that will help us improve our facilities in the future.
